2.3 M&E cost - inclusive in building works

2.4 Preliminaries 5% on item (2.1 + 2.2) = RM?

2.5 Construction Cost (2.1+2.2+2.3+2.4)= RM?

2.6 Professional Fee 10% on item 2.5 = RM?
